Пача is a simple, traditional Macedonian winter meal, usually made from pig’s knuckles. In English it is called aspic.

Restaurant Vittoria
Тhe Italian restaurant Vittoria is an elegant and spacious two-story establishment with an air of opulence and food to match, just opposite the Ramstore Mall in Skopje.
DUBLINER
Those who are fond of Irish culture will be immediately drawn by the name of this fancy restaurant and they will not be disappointed. It is a place of luxury and good taste located in the Central City Mall, or popularly known as GTC alongside the river Vardar, next to the coffee-bar Marquee. At the entrance door you will be welcomed by a funny porcelain crocodile that holds the restaurant menu. The music is soft and relaxing allowing the guests to sustain a pleasant conversation, and occasionally the restaurant offers live music.
Amica
is the Italian word for “a girlfriend”, which in a way, defines the characteristics of this restaurant. Amica is a friendly and suitable environment for relaxing conversations and fellowship with friends.
Aladdin
On the first floor of the well-known City Shopping Center on the side overlooking Zena Park (or Woman’s Park), next to the Italian restaurant Gino, a little, pretty, oriental restaurant, symbolically called Aladdin, will supply you with the feeling of being in the eastern world of fantasy and magic lamps as well as offer you some unusual Arabic recipes. Its Arabian music, which is quiet enough to allow a pleasant conversation among the diners, is very soothing.
Pivnica An
Pivnica An, which means “tavern”, is a real refreshment for anyone looking for a traditional Macedonian atmosphere. Soft Macedonian music plays in the background while you dine amidst decorations and details that take you back a century in time. The restaurant is part of the historical object built in 1472.
