The talented Croatian pop star Severina Vuchkovic will perform a solo concert in the Boris Trajkovski Arena on 6 November.
A native of Split, Croatia, the singer gained national stardom with the 1989 release of her very first album, called simply Severina. She followed up that intitial success with a series of chart topping singles and 9 more studio albums. Today she is an international pop icon celebrated in all the former Yugoslav republics.
This performance will feature music from her latest album, Hail Mary (MK: Zdravo Marijo). Goran Bregović, who composed most of the music on the album, will be her special guest for this performance.
Other recent appearances in Macedonia include the 2009 Prilep Beer Festival and the 2010 New Years celebration in Kumanovo, where she drew crowds estimated at over 50,000 listeners.
This is sure to be a great show.
